While onsite we aim to improve our services by knowing your business, your employees and how IT will be best utilised for your business.
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Prevention is better than cure.
Vista I.T. will become your integrated IT department; providing maintenance checks, user level support, systems developments, backups and all things IT. Read more in plans.

Major Repairs in our workshop When a repair is not feesable to be made on site, we will bring the computer to our workshop.	$88.00/hr

PLANS

• All extra hours will be charged at the low hourly rate of the plan you are on, so once you are on a plan you know you'll always pay at least $22.00 less per hour, than you would if you were not on a plan.
• All payments must be made weekly to BSB NO.: 013 011 - ACC NO.: 7572 78928
• Hours are non transferable unless prior arrangement is made.
• Work is done at the same time each week. Plans of 10hrs/wk or more can be broken up over several days

There are obvious money saving benefits when on a plan, however the benefits go even beyond that. When computers and networks are regularly maintained there is less downtime because of breakdowns, as breakdowns become fewer. Please check out the various plans, to know which one is right for you!
